Rod Luker

Having studied in Adelaide and Sydney (where he undertook his practical legal training) Mr Luker was admitted as a practitioner in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court in April 1977. Mr Luker's field of expertise is mainly in Commercial, Securities, Conveyancing, Planning and Estate matters. He is a registered tax agent. He has a significant private business clientele.

Brendan Bowler

Mr Bowler was admitted as a practitioner in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court in February 1977. Mr Bowler's expertise is principally in the area of Administrative Law and Corporations, Industrial and Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, and Licensing Law. He also acts as in-house counsel in litigation and appellate work in all courts and tribunals.

Anthony "Tom" Byrne

Mr Byrne was admitted as a practitioner in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court in February 1982. Having practised extensively in Criminal Law, including with Peter Waye and Frank Moran QC in the Legal Services Commission and Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement until 1989, Mr Byrne performed Personal Injuries counsel work until 1990 when he joined a country law firm and practised across a broad range of legal work. He returned to Adelaide to join Hume Taylor & Co in 1996. Mr Byrne is responsible for the firm's Family Law practice and also practices in Common Law Litigation.
