Scott Herriman started at Hume Taylor & Co in 2006 as a Law Clerk, before being admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia later that year. In 2007, after being admitted to the High Court, he became Solicitor, then Associate, and then progressed to become a Partner in 2014. Scott is our managing partner.<\/p>\n
He has a strong focus on ensuring that clients make the best choices based on their circumstances, and are informed every step of the way.<\/p>\n
Scott has extensive experience in small to very large estates and estate litigation, as well as everything in between. He also practices generally in Wills & Estates, civil litigation and criminal law and visits our Whyalla and Millicent offices regularly.<\/p>\n
As a well as being on the assessment panel for the Litigation Assistance Fund, Scott is a member of the SA Branch of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the Law Society of SA. Scott has also been recognised by Doyle\u2019s Guide as a Recommended South Australian Wills & Estates Litigation Lawyer.<\/p>\n
Outside of work Scott has an interest in most genres of music, and watches most codes of sport. An avid traveller, he has been to Europe, parts of Asia, and travelled to America multiple times. He has two young sons.<\/p>\n
