Rodney Luker, of Hume Taylor & Co Lawyers, Adelaide, has been appointed as a STEP Worldwide council member. STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, is the worldwide professional association advising families across generations.

The Australasian position was previously held by David Russell AM RFD QC.

As well as being the immediate past Chair of STEP South Australia, Mr Luker is a Director of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Australia Limited. He says ‘I am delighted that I may contribute to this representative and consultative group within STEP at a global level’.

Mr Luker has 43 years of professional experience at Hume Taylor & Co, and its predecessor firms, working as a lawyer involved extensively with trusts and estates.
