Our priority is the health, safety and well-being of our clients, staff and visitors alike. Consequently, we are promoting alternative practices for taking appointments to ensure that we can continue offering you high quality, timely legal services. We have also implemented a range of additional hygiene and safety measures across our offices.

At present, all our offices remain open for business.

Alternative Appointments
In addition to our usual offering of face-to-face and telephone appointments, we are accommodating a greater number of telephone and video appointments for those who may not wish to personally attend at this time. Whether you have an existing appointment scheduled, or you are seeking legal advice for a new matter, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your preferences.

Safety Measures
If you do wish to attend our offices, please be assured that we are diligently following the precautions issued by authorities. These include: practising 1.5 metre social distancing, refraining from shaking hands, sanitising commonly-used surfaces, and performing frequent hand-washing. The structure of our physical offices also means that staff are not working in close proximity to one another, and shared spaces are sanitised on a daily basis.

In recognising our social responsibility to one another during this time, we ask that you contact us to arrange a telephone or video appointment, or reschedule to a later date, if you have:

• Been diagnosed or tested with COVID-19 in the last 14 days; or
• Have come into contact with someone that has been diagnosed or tested; or
• Have travelled overseas in the past 14 days.

We are also aware of the influx in queries relating to Wills, Advanced Care Directives, and Powers of Attorney that arise during healthcare crises. As a new or existing client, if you or your loved ones are concerned about the state of your affairs, we can assist.

Given the rapid changes and developments of COVID-19, we will ensure to update you accordingly if our practices are required to change.
