Scott, our Managing Partner, has a keen interest in contested estates.

Scott started at Hume Taylor & Co in 2006 as a Law Clerk, before being admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia later that year. In 2007, after being admitted to the High Court, he became Solicitor, then Associate, and then progressed to become a Partner in 2014.

He has a strong focus on ensuring that clients make the best choices based on their circumstances, and are informed every step of the way.

A little more about Scott

As a well as being on the assessment panel for the Litigation Assistance Fund, Scott is a member of the SA Branch of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the Law Society of SA.

Outside of work Scott has an interest in most genres of music, and watches most codes of sport. An avid traveller, he has been to Europe, parts of Asia, and travelled to America multiple times. He has two young sons.
